Available delivery methods, cost, and transit estimate appear after selecting the destination. Packaging and insurance depend on the artwork and selected service and are shown before confirmation.
Shipping calculation
Only active methods for the chosen country and city are shown. Cost is calculated from destination, method, order weight and configured rules; delivery is shown as free only when an actual free-shipping rule applies.
Preparation then transit
Material preparation time is separate from courier transit time. Checkout shows them separately, and transit begins after inspection and packing.
Packing and insurance
The selected method states the service and included insurance. Inspect packaging on arrival, document visible damage before discarding it, and contact us with the order number.
Order tracking
Signed-in patrons can track orders from their account; guests can use the order number and the email address used at checkout.
